Six weeks out to show-day: every print item that turns an expo stand into a lead machine.
Every expo we supply, someone rings two days out, panicking about a banner that should have been ordered weeks ago. This is the checklist that keeps you calm — and the booth that looks like you've done this before.
The countdown — six weeks out
- Week -6: lock the stand plan. Know your booth footprint and walls before designing anything — the artwork sizes follow the space, never the reverse.
- Week -5: brief the design. One hero message, one visual identity across every item. Everything you print should look like one family — that's what makes a small stand look big.
- Week -4: approve proofs. Check spelling, phone numbers, QR codes (scan them, twice), and that your URL survives a print at size. Our file guide covers the specs.
- Week -3: print the big stuff. Pull-ups, wall panels, banners — the long-lead items. Done here, the rest is easy.
- Week -2: the hand-out fleet. Business cards, flyers, stickers, any promo merchandise. Order generously — running out at 2pm on day one is a rookie tax.
- Week -1: pack the kit. Stand hardware, magnets, tape, powerboard, lead-capture book or tablet form, and a fresh box of cards for the table.
